1/2  Cup yogurt

1  Tbsp green onion (minced)

1  medium avocado (ripe)

1  Tsp BarleyLife

1  clove garlic (minced)

1  Tsp Braggs liquid amino acids, or soy sauce

Cayenne pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender.  Serve with veggies or whole grain pita chips.  Makes 1 cup.
