 “Week 1 Cleanse & Detoxify”

Cleanse and Detoxify is week one of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  During this class clients will learn safe, natural ways to detoxify the body…NO need for harsh cleansers that send you to the bathroom!  Learn ways to work with your body and assist the process as it is constantly cleansing you of toxins.   “Week 2 Carbs & the GI”

This class is week two of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but it can be taken separately.  During this class clients will learn what foods to put back in to their bodies for maximum health and energy, finding how many calories are needed per day and coming up with a good menu plan.  We will also find out about simple and complex carbohydrates as well as the glycemic index.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before.

 “Week 3 Understanding Food labels”

This class is week three of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  During this class clients will have a hands-on look at reading food nutrition labels, including how to calculate net carbohydrates.  We will also explore the 10 worst food additives and what they are doing to our bodies.   Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before.

 “Week 4 Balancing Acid & Alkaline in the Body”

This is class number 4 in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class will cover pH, what it is and how important a balanced pH is to the body. The following are some things we will cover.: Is your body too acid? How does the body get acidic?  “Week 5 Emotions/Food Cravings”

This is class number 5 in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class will explore some of the reasons we eat and what part emotions play.  I am not a therapist,  but a coach, so we will look briefly into the following areas: Emotional Eating/Food Cravings, Stress & Anger, Boredom, Comfort eating.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before.

“Week 6 Healthy Grains”

This is class number 6 of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class covers all the different types of grains, the difference between simple and complex carbohydrates and why carbohydrates are vital to our bodies.  You will get to sample sprouted grains bread as well as a recipe from the week 6 collection.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before.

“Week 7 Protein”

This is class number 7 of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class will go over what protein is and how it is beneficial to the body.  We will also look into how much we really need per day, based on gender, age, weight, etc and explore the dangers of too much protein… how pH is changed with too much protein.  You will get to taste a sample from the week 7   recipes.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before

 “Week 8 Sugar”

This is class number 8 in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class will cover all different types of sugar and the dangers of sugar to the pH in our body.  We will also look at the dangers of high fructose corn syrup and list all the many names of sugar as they appear on a food label.  You will get to taste a sample from the week 8 recipes.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before

 “Week 9 Good Fats, Bad Fats”

This is class number 9 in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class covers the different types of fats, how much we need each day, how to get each type, and what can happen if we don’t get enough.  We will also look at the dangers of a low-fat diet.   Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before

“Week 10 Stress”

This is class number ten in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken seperately.  This class covers the topic of stress and how it affects our body.  Too much stress and the inability to deal with it changes our pH and can make us acidic.  We will explore ways to reduce stress and includes a relaxing foot soak and soothing barley facial mask.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before

“Week 11 Anti-Oxidants, Free Radicals & the Immune System”

This is class number eleven in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  In this class we will take a look at the immune system and what anti-oxidants and free radicals are.  We will watch a short DVD presentation on how anti-oxidants work and what can happen when the immune system is weakened.   Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before

“Week 12 Plateaus & Exercise”

This is class number twelve of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately.  This class will include finding out what a true weight loss plateau is and how to tell if you have reached one.  The bulk of the class will cover exercise and finding a safe exercise program that you are going to stick with.  Our bodies were meant to move, but starting out too fast and strenuous can  turn you off of exercise and can really harm you.  This is also graduation day for the AIM For Balance 12 week clients, so we will CELEBRATE their SUCCESS!  We will share some healthy goodies and cheer them on in their successes!  You do not have to be enrolled in the whole program to come to this class.  Cost for this class is $20.00 per person if taken separately or $15.00 when purchased with 6 or more classes, plus cost of class materials.  Space is limited…RSVP Required by the Sunday before

FEES; ALL CLASSES are paid in 4 week increments as follows:

Week 1, $60.00 is due, Cost of workbook is also due on Week 1($25.00) or it can be emailed to you to you to print at home.

Week 4, $60.00 is due,

Week 8, $60.00 is due.

BAD WEATHER POLICY:  If the RAYMOND SCHOOL SYSTEM is closed or delayed, there will be NO CLASS THAT DAY…WE WILL RESUME THE FOLLOWING WEEK AT THE REGULAR CLASS TIME.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  You and/or I have the right to cancel any class, at any time, for any reason.  Any remaining money paid will be refunded to you.  If you cannot make a class, you will have the option of making up that class within 30 days, in another similar class that is scheduled.  If you do not show up, that class fee paid is forfeited.
