This is class number 7 of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately. This class will go over what protein is and how it is beneficial to the body. We will also look into how much we really need per day, based on gender, age, weight, etc and explore the dangers of too much protein… how pH is changed with too much protein.
You will get to taste a sample from the week 7 recipes.
Class fees are $15.00 per person per class in a group setting or $20.00 per person per class as a private class and requires a reservation. Class price could change without notice.
