This is class number 9 in the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately. This class covers the different types of fats, how much we need each day, how to get each type, and what can happen if we don’t get enough. We will also look at the dangers of a low-fat diet.
You will get to taste a sample from the week 9 recipes.
Class fees are $15.00 per person per class in a group setting or $20.00 per person per class as a private class and requires a reservation. Class price could change without notice.
