Handcrafted Rice Filled Therapeutic Hot or Cold Pack
made with SOFT polar fleece or soft brushed cotton or flannel. Bag style come with a removable/washable cover in a coordinating fabric color.
Scented HUGGZ : the essential oils are added to the rice before the wrap is assembled, so the scent is throughout the fabric and the soothing aromas are intensified with heating.

“Huggz” are a great way to help reduce joint aches, pains and inflammation, they help relieve tense neck muscles and may reduce symptoms of stress.
For a warm “Hugg”: Place your hug in the microwave and heat for 3 to 5 minutes max, and place or wrap around an achy body part. (be careful they may be hot) for added relief rub or spray some amazing AIM Magnifiscent or AIM Cell Wellness Restorer on the area first then add your warm “Hugg”, AHHHHH now that’s better!

For a cold “Hugg”: place in a plastic bag in the freezer for at least an hour up to overnight, use your “Hugg” as needed for cold compress.

“Huggz” are approx 8″ X 14″ and weight about 3 pounds. They come with a removable cover that comes off to wash, making them much more sanitary.
HUGGZ can be scented with oils for aromatherapy such as Young Living Thieves oil or Peace & Calming essential oils, Lavender or unscented.
