This book is a summary of the knowledge I have obtained through more than 30 years of having the symptoms of fibromyalgia (FM), reading, researching, journaling, experiencing, and observing. When the information in this book is applied to myself, the health of my body is changed and improved at the cellular level so I can enjoy good health and have a good quality of life.

This book includes methods, techniques, instructions, and procedures of what I call “the recipe” of what helped me to overcome the symptoms of FM. This book is designed to give people hope that if I can be free of muscle pain, fatigue, and other symptoms of FM, then other people might be able to find relief of their symptoms as well.
