Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?  Have you been to doctor after doctor and they all say that your test came out “normal?” Have you been told that your symptoms must “be in your head” or given a prescription for an antidepressant?  Have the doctors told you that you will just have to learn to live with your health problems and live with the daily pain and fatigue?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then you are not alone.  It is possible that your health problems are not “all in your head.”  Your symptoms could be very real and have a physical cause.  You might have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, arthritis, or an auto-immune disorder, but the challenge is to find the root of the problem and then eliminate it!!

As you read this book, Fibromyalgia and Fatigue:  A Recipe for Feeling Fit and Healthy, you will soon have a better understanding of some of the causes of the health problems in today’s world.  It is important to find a doctor that can listen to your symptoms, respect your concerns, along with prescribing various tests that might be needed to help determine what is causing your health problems and symptoms.

This book is a summary of the knowledge I have obtained through more than 30 years of having the symptoms of fibromyalgia (FM), reading, researching, journaling, experiencing, and observing.  When the information in this book is applied to myself, the health of my body is changed and improved at the cellular level so I can enjoy good health and have a good quality of life.

This book includes methods, techniques, instructions, and procedures of what I call “the recipe” of what helped me to overcome the symptoms of FM.  This book is designed to give people hope that if I can be free of muscle pain, fatigue, and other symptoms of FM, then other people might be able to find relief of their symptoms as well.

The author, Debra Williams Pugh, has been a personal trainer and Health and Wellness Consultant for over 25 years.  She is also a National Champion in Fitness Competitions and writes for many magazines and newspapers.
