Here is my list; you may have your own:
- Eat more whole grains, and less refined grains in boxes (our cereals).
- Eat more fruits and vegetables (5-6 daily).
- Eat more raw, fresh, organically grown foods.
- Eat less red meat (no pork, of course).
- Eat more healthy vegetable oils and less animal fats.
- Drink more pure water.
- Drink less soft drinks and sweet fruit juices.
- Reduce your intake of sugar to near zero.

- 1-Cup V-8 Juice (regular or spicy)
- 1-Cup pure water
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons AIM Barleylife powder
