Here is my list; you may have your own:

  • Eat more whole grains, and less refined grains in boxes (our cereals).
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables (5-6 daily).
  • Eat more raw, fresh, organically grown foods.
  • Eat less red meat (no pork, of course).
  • Eat more healthy vegetable oils and less animal fats.
  • Drink more pure water.
  • Drink less soft drinks and sweet fruit juices.
  • Reduce your intake of sugar to near zero.

A Health Drink You Can Trust

  • 1-Cup V-8 Juice (regular or spicy)
  • 1-Cup pure water
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons AIM Barleylife powder
  • 1 Tablespoon AIM Just Carrots powder

  • 2 capsules AIM Bear Paw Garlic or 1 clove of fresh garlic
