Weight Loss: How Did I Take Off That Weight?
Published
What in the world did I do to take off those 54#s of excess weight I had on my 5’3” frame? And How ever have I been able to keep it off for so long?
I understand what it is like to yoyo down and up the scale, losing then gaining and usually gaining a bit more than I took off over and over again. I’ve done it all my life. Till I made that life changing decision, hanging on that farm combine. (See my blog post from July 7, 2014).
The steps I took that helped me lose those 54 pounds
and that have continued to help me maintain my goal for three years as of September 1st
1. I found my trump card. The why of my goal.
2. I found a plate that helped me eat less
3. I left the seconds in the bowl.
4. I finally found an exercise program that I was comfortable doing and didn’t get hurt doing.
I hope this blog post gives you insight into my weight loss journey and is a help to you in your weight loss journey.
Stay tuned to more on my weight loss journey in later blogs.
Thank you. Have a blessed day.
