Making Steps Towards Good Health

By following these three simple steps-Eliminate, Nourish, Replenish -it makes it easy to stay focused on what we need to do to help our bodies function and to achieve good health.
1) Eliminate. Cleansing the body of toxins (detoxification) is vital.
2) Nourish. Building a diet around whole foods, drinking eight glasses of pure water daily, and using AIM supplements will nourish cells to be their best.
3) Replenish. Sometimes the body , despite our best intentions, requires nutritional supplements.
It is also important to exercise and get enough sleep.
