Make Nutritious Food Choices
Published
Are you aware of what you are eating? Know that foods with the same brand are not created equal. It is still necessary to read the food label of another product in the same brand. When shopping for food, read the ingredients and choose natural whole foods. Pay close attention to the Nutrition Facts Label as it has lots of information to help you make nutritious food choices: Serving size, calories, fats, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrate, fiber, sugar, protein, vitamin and mineral content and their percent daily values(%DV).
Invest some time in learning what are your specific needs and understanding food labels to make the healthiest choice every time. Log on to www.mypyramid.gov or www.eatright.org for more information.
Building a diet around whole foods, drinking eight glasses of pure water daily, and using AIM supplements will nourish cells to be their best.
