5 Tips to Eat Right this Holiday Season

As I sit here to write, it is snowing outside. It was so tempting to just cozy up with a cup of hot chocolate but instead I decided to write and remind everyone that we don’t have to let the holidays disrupt the plans we have made to achieve Digestive EnzymesProbioticsand maintain good health.  The holiday season brings the temptation to overeat. We are invited to lots of holiday gatherings and don’t even mention, Christmas dinner. There are so many menu options to choose from and if you are anything like me, you want to taste them all.   • Eat smaller portions – Try serving yourself on a smaller plate.
  • Avoid foods that are high in unhealthy fats and sugars
