AIM nutrition has given our well-seasoned bodies what is needed to keep us healthy in our senior years. Wayne now fishes full-time, and I continue to answer nutritional questions, do volunteer work and drive grandkids to school and sports practice. We leave a trail of green powder wherever we go.
