When AIM products go to the dogs, good things happen. Amy C., a customer of Director Shirley W. from  British Columbia, Canada, has a pet named Fa-ji who is living proof of BarleyLife’s benefits for creatures big and small.

“I own a four-year-old Chinese bulldog named Fa-ji, which means ‘prosperous.’ Because he has protruding eyes and a concave nose, he experiences a lot of tears and discharge, a runny nose, foul breath, and smelly ears, and he often has a rash on his face. I have spent quite a bit of money taking him to a veterinarian.

“Then, Shirley introduced me to AIM BarleyLife® and told me that it could help detoxify the body. So I added one teaspoon of BarleyLife to Fa-ji’s food. In two weeks, his symptoms have improved a lot. He has less tears and discharge, no runny nose, his rash is gone, and even his ears are not smelly. Fa-ji has become very clean and healthy.”

With the dog days of summer upon us, now seems like an appropriate time to explore the connection between two of man’s best friends: dogs and AIM products. Much of the nutrition found in AIM products works as well on pets as it does on humans, with whole-food concentrates benefiting both.

BarleyLife is one of the most common pet crossovers since barley grass is a natural, nutritious part of a canine diet. Dogs seem to do great with an extra dose of green grass for a variety of reasons. Many popular store-bought dog foods lack the nutrition that dogs need, so reintroducing the lost vitamins, minerals, and enzymes through barley is a natural solution.

Members have been known to sprinkle teaspoon servings of BarleyLife onto dog food. Researchers and veterinarians have traced barley’s powerful canine powers to chlorophyll, vitamin C, beta carotene, and enzymes.

In particular, enzymes are important for dogs because they aid digestion and absorption of nutrients, many of which go unabsorbed due to the heat processing of most foods. A lack of nutrient absorption can lead to many problems, including one of the dog world’s most famous: bad breath. A lack of enzymes is the first step toward disease, so it is vitally important to help replenish your pet’s enzyme count through diet.

In addition to barley grass, other AIM supplements have had a positive effect on dogs’ outlook over the years.  Members have long been using AIM Frame Essentials® for relief of joint pain. Glucosamine, like that found in Frame Essentials, is a standard supplement for veterinary care of arthritic pets. Debby J. ,  saw Frame Essentials work wonders on her dog Molly.

“I gave some Frame Essentials to Molly since she was so stiff she could hardly walk. I gave her the caps in her mouth – I had to push them to the side of her mouth so she would swallow them – and I saw a loosening of her movements in the next couple of days. She was even able to jump on the couch again, which she was not allowed to do but did it anyway when I was not looking. She was running like a pup again.”

Another AIM product that has produced results is AIMega® and its essential fatty acids. Long known to aid human hair, skin, and nails, the Omega-3, -6, and -9 nutrients in AIMega have done the same trick on dogs like Mac, a 75-pound lab mix owned by  Sandy C.

“Every April when the pollen count in Florida would increase, Mac would have severe skin allergy reactions that caused open sores and hair loss. After taking four AIMega a day – he takes the capsules hidden in dog treats and dinner leftovers – his skin healed up immediately. His fur grew back shiny and thick.”

Whether it is barley supplementation for better breath and more energy or glucosamine and fatty acids for joints and skin, AIM products have loads of crossover benefits for your canine friends. Make your dog’s life a better one with whole-food nutrition from AIM.

BarleyLife and A Dog’s Tail
In December our Golden Retriever dog Remington shook during a bath and hair from his tail flew everywhere. I thought that was strange but shrugged it off to shedding. By the first week in February we knew something was wrong as his energy was down and his tail stopped wagging. We took him to the vet & were told that he had experience trauma to his tail that was literally causing the tail to die. She said that if it didn’t get better in one week it would have to be removed. We immediately prayed and believed God for restoration and began giving him 4 capsules of BarleyLife twice a day & a tablespoon of powder sprinkled over his food. We would either put the capsules in his mouth at the back of his tongue or give them to him in a little peanut butter. He perked up within one day. The vet gave him some antibiotics and something for inflamation which we only used for a week as we could tell he wasn’t as perky when taking it.) Today his tail is fully wagging. God is faithful & BarleyLife is a blessing!

BarleyLife for my 12yr old cat
Tara my 12yr. old cat has been ill since my husband rescued her from a car accident 11 yrs ago. She has always had a cough and recently began getting weak hind quarters. We thought she was getting arthritis. Also she has been pulling out her hair and when she comes to bed at night with us she starts licking and licking herself so much we kick her out of the room.  So we thought why not try the Barley Life and see what happens.  We had to hold her for the first couple of days and use a syringe to squirt it into her mouth.  After the 3rd day she would follow me into the kitchen and look at me and meow and paw at the counter where the Barley Life was kept, needless to say she is brighter, jumps up on the bed with ease, and best of all has stopped the licking at night.  My husband didn’t believe me that she is actually asking for it until last night she followed him into the kitchen and meowed at him.  This has been a very quiet cat that never meows for anything her whole life. Makes you wonder how ill she must have been feeling for years. Thank you Aim and Barley Life!!

BarleyLife for Puppies !!
We have had several incidents concerning puppy parvo…., which were supposed to be terminal situations. Our Chihuahua got parvo…we were told she would die….We set our alarm for every 2 hours for two days and nights. We dissolved the barley powder in water and used a syringe to put it in our Chihuahua puppies’ mouth. The Vet said it was no use, the puppy would die as it was too far gone. She lived to be over 12 years old! …Now our vet recommends BarleyLife to all that come in with puppies to prevent parvo.

My neighbor also had an incident with her puppy…and two vets told her it was going to die..there was nothing she could do. I told her to start the BarleyLife right away and give it every two hours with a syringe if necessary…and the dog is 2 years old now…my vet again recommends when you have pups…put them on Barley life in their food from the first feeding…until they are a year old. (Of course there are great benefits regardless of the dogs age.)

Interstitial Systitis gone & Dog’s epilepsy stopped
BarleyLife is as beneficial to humans as it is to animals. There are many testimonies in the files about the benefits of green barley powder to animals of all kinds and there can be no placibo effect with animals. This case is unusual and shows the broad range of ailments that BarleyLife can benefit.
Jayjay was a very small Yorkshire puppy. She was full blood, but she was the runt of the litter. By the time she was big enough to sell, her brothers and sisters were long gone. She had finally reached a satisfactory size and arrangements were being made with a prospective buyer when suddenly she started having seizures, which meant she couldn’t be sold.
The local vet diagnosed epilepsy, but offered no help, so Jayjay became a part of Earl & Gloria’s family. Some time later, Earl and Gloria came by to see us. One day while Earl and I were alone with Jayjay, she had a seizure. It was a scary thing as she lay there shaking and convulsing. We took her to our vet and he also diagnosed epilepsy. He also offered no help. Jayjay got over the seizure and we took her home.
I had worked with a young lady with epilepsy and she had seen some improvement with green juice powder. We started sprinkling barley juice powder on Jayfay’s food. She ate it with relish and from that time forward never had another seizure.
In a short time (est 3 – 6 months) Jayjay became so enamored with barley juice powder that she refused to eat her food without it. She would smell her dish and turn away until someone added the powder.
If you have a friend or relative with an unusual health problem, get them to try BarleyLife. We can’t guarantee recovery but we can expect improvement in health and often we do see amazing results. Tell them it may help and it certainly cant hurt. That’s what I told my sister who had suffered for eight years with Interstitial Systitis (a medically incurable bladder disease) and today she is free of the disease. There are many such testimonies. It can’t hurt to try!

Barleylife/my cats
Last year I adopted 2 kittens. As they got older my power mixer attracted them and they came to investigate. One day I took a little bit of the foam from top of Barleylife and gave it to them. They lapped it right up! So from then on as soon as they heard the mixer go on they would run into the kitchen, and sit there meowing until I put some in a dish for them. This has been going on ever since.

Dog testimony on BarleyLife and HerbalFiberBlend
I have an 8 pound shih tzu dog, Bailey. She is 13 yrs old, and still very lively. She got into some 78% dark chocolate about one week ago. She ate about 6 little squares. It is deadly for dogs. She started shaking, and her back end would start to fall over, and she would walk side-ways. We have a new vet in town, but not in the evenings. So, we were on our own. She had been taking the BarleyLife and Herbal FiberBlend regularly, so I fixed her some on her wet food. She ate a little, then rested. Came back and finished it a few minutes later. She slept, then started going to the bathroom. Then 24 hours later, bouncing around the house like nothing ever happened. I believe in the Power of Prayer, but I also believe in this product. It has saved her life. I told my Vet; she said to e-mail the company, because she should be dead. Thank you AIM for supplying us with a product that truly can save a life.
