This is class number 6 of the AIM For Balance 12 week Program, but can be taken separately. This class covers all the different types of grains, the difference between simple and complex carbohydrates and why carbohydrates are vital to our bodies. You will get to sample a sprouted grains bread as well as a recipe from the week 6 collection.
Class fees are $15.00 per person per class in a group setting or $20.00 per person per class as a private class and requires a reservation. Class price could change without notice.
