Recipe for the week: Swai with Veggie D Rub

This week I made Swai fish with a Veggie D rub.  To make the rub I took 1&1/2 tablespoons of both garlic powderand onion powder.  Then I added 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning. To that I added 8 teaspoons of the Veggie D.  I mixed this well and set aside while I took  2#s fish that I brushed on an olive oil/grapeseed oil mixture.  Then I sprinkled the Veggie D mixture onto the oiled fish and put into a pan I sprayed with cooking spray.  I then baked the fish till it was done in a heated oven at 400 degrees F. which took about 15 minutes.  I served the fish with brown rice and peas and carrots.  My husband and kids were disappointed that I didn’t make more. You can use just about any type fish for this rub. Enjoy!
