Orangesicle smoothie:
• 6 oz. of orange juice ( fresh squeezed if available) • ½ frozen banana or try 2 oz. of pineapple • 1 scoop of Propeas • 1 scoop CalciAim (somewhat tart) • 1 scoop Fit ‘N Fiber With the growing concern of unhealthy snacks for children this nutritional smoothie is great for adults and children as a healthy breakfast drink or snack. It’s low in fat, sugar, and salt, but, it is high in fiber and nutrition.
